We at Pearl Brasserie love wine and enjoy sharing our passion with our guests.
After working as a sommelier in America and for several Michelin star restaurants in Burgundy, Bordeaux and Dublin, I decided to take on a new challenge as restaurant manager/sommelier in Pearl Brasserie.
When selecting wine for our list we worked with big wine brands but placed special significance on working closely with small wine importers who sourced independent artisan producers.
I hope you'll enjoy our selections of wines, and please don't hesitate if I can be of any assistance in your choice.
