Pearl Brasserie has been awarded Best Fine Dining Restaurant in the National Hospitality Awards 2010 held Monday 1st November 2010 in the Four Seasons Hotel. Locks Brasserie

Our sister restaurant.

Locks Brasserie Logo
We are delighted to introduce you to Locks Brasserie located
in leafy Portobello, Dublin 8.

Locks is a neighbourhood restaurant, a place to visit when the spirit moves you and a menu and opening times that reflect this.

Our traditional French cuisine is served in an informal environment where you, our neighbours, your friends, family and colleagues are welcome.

Locks offers private dining facilities from intimate corporate or family events in our Silver & Green Rooms to larger celebrations for up to forty.

The Chef's menus take the diner on a culinary tour of France with ingredients sourced from the finest Irish and French suppliers.

Rory Carville
Head Chef - Locks Brasserie.
Born in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Rory formed the basis of his culinary foundation completing three years at Killybegs Catering College. He then moved to Kenmare to work under Conal Breffing in the Lime Tree Restaurant. There he learned how to combine great flavours using the best of local ingredients.

A move to Dublin brought two and a half years of invaluable experience under Chef Terry White as Chef de Partie working in the Four Seasons Hotel, Simmons Court.

He left the Four Seasons to further his skills and knowledge, working for another two and a half years alongside Derry Clarke and his team in L’Ecrivian as Chef de Partie. Working his way through each section of the kitchen he was then promoted to Sous Chef. There he learned the secret that less is more and not to complicate flavours. He hopes you will enjoy the culmination of his culinary journey thus far at the new Locks Brasserie.
